I offer a range of services to help support, empower, and educate parents, teachers and caregivers on mutually respectful and effective discipline strategies that build character and help children develop valuable social and life skills.

My ultimate goal is that well trained and supported adults will help children develop the skills they need to succeed and to gain the social-emotional and academic competence that will allow them to be respectful and contributing members of their communities.
Parent Coaching
Working together, we will identify your current parenting challenges and need for support. Parenting solutions are be based on the principles of Positive Discipline and will be non-punitive and respectful for all family members.

Classes and Workshops
Parenting with Positive Discipline Workshops
Six week, hands-on and interactive parenting class. Learn tools to eliminate power struggles, end back talk and other parent/child challenges. Understand the "belief behind the behavior", parent with kindness and firmness and learn why rewards and punishments don't work in the long run.
Guest Speaking
Donna Napier is a fun and engaging speaker for both large and small crowds. She offers topic-based talks and parent education sessions. Training topics include: Positive Discipline, sibling relationships and conflict resolution, child development, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and more.

Positive Discipline in the Classroom (developed by Jane Nelsen and Lynn Lott) is a research-based classroom management program that empowers teachers with skills to build their students’ sense of community, prepare them for successful living, and increase academic achievement.
Positive Discipline in the Classroom materials go hand in hand with the Parenting with Positive Discipline program that can be taught at your school to increase the parent-school connection.
